| Security Guards |
In house security guards are employed
24 hours a day to guard against unlawful entrance
to company. |

| Outgoing
Personnel |
Personnel carrying bags will be asked
to open and checked by the security guards upon
leaving. |

| Metal Detector |
Metal detector was installed to detect
and deter any staff from illegal trafficking of
CD out of the plant. |

| Different Access Smart Card |
All employees must wear the DLA smart
card to record their entering and leaving of the
company. All in-out time and particulars of the
staff will be recorded once the smart card access
system is activated by the DLA smart card. |

| Segregation of Office Staff from Production |
To reduce the flow of personnel in
production, office staffs are segregated from the
production site to reduce the chance of CD being
tempered by office staffs. Security is enhanced
from this segregation. |

| Access Control and Video Surveillance
System |
Stampers, Master discs, Films and
Customer Supplied Materials store room entrances
are under Access Control and Video Surveillance
monitoring 24 hours every day. |

| Scrap Procedures |
All set up discs and QC rejected discs
will be dumped into collection bins with pad locks.
These discs will be grinded into small pieces by
a CD grinder. The whole process is under the monitoring
of the Video Surveillance System. |

| Letter of Undertaking |
All employees and customers are required
to sign a Letter of Undertaking that protects the
intellectual property rights of our customer. |

Education on Intellectual Property Rights

Regular seminars and staff briefings
are organized to foster the sense of copyright protection
amongst staff members. |
