In order to ensure a smooth and efficient production process for your custom vinyl records, please review and fulfill the following requirements before placing your order.
📦 1. Order Specifications & Packaging
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 100 copies per project (applicable to both black and colored vinyl records).
- Available Formats: Regular weight vinyl in 7-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch formats.
- Labels: Full-color CMYK or clean Black & White center labels.
- Sleeves: Choice of standard blank white sleeves or custom-printed inner sleeves.
- Jackets: High-quality, full-color standard outer jackets.
- Shrink-Wrapping: Professionally shrink-wrapped finishing is fully included in the baseline price.
- Export Packaging: Double-layered transit protection. Records are packed 12–15 copies into sturdy inner boxes, with 2 inner cartons nested securely inside a heavy-duty export master carton to guarantee safe global shipping.
- Identifiers: Barcodes and catalog numbers must be supplied directly by the customer if required.
🎛️ 2. Audio & Artwork Master Requirements
To maintain pristine acoustic warmth and visual precision, your digital assets must match the following technical specifications. All vinyl mastering is handled completely in-house at our facility.

📋 3. Copyrights, Timelines & Delivery
- Intellectual Property & Copyrights: We strictly enforce anti-piracy standards. A signed copyright authorization letter or official clearance statement from the relevant copyright protection society is mandatory before production begins.
- Pre-Production Materials: Lacquer masters must be delivered to our facility within 7 days of order confirmation (if available).
- Turnaround Time: Final delivery of finished retail-ready records takes approximately 35 business days following the receipt and verification of all compliant production materials.
💳 4. Terms of Payment
- Settlement Period: All bank transfer payments must be cleared within 7 days of the invoice issuance date without any unauthorized deductions.
- First-Time Customers: PrimeDisc reserves the right to request advance payment for all new clients or first-time accounts.
- Ownership Rights: All manufactured merchandise remains the exclusive legal property of PrimeDisc Limited until the accompanying invoice is settled in full.
- Banking Credentials: Complete bank routing and wire details will be provided immediately following your official order confirmation.
